Service Description
In the same vein as reiki or healing touch, energy mending is an intuitive form of energy work or healing. I utilize modalities such as guided meditation, breath work, touch, (with your consent) , crystal healing, affirmations, and sound (drumming, sound bowl, rattle) to offer support to your systems natural healing. These sessions are meant to cleanse and soothe any impurities in your energetic system, to promote your natural healing ability, and invoke a more balanced self. During these session I will be working intimately with your energy so any messages, visions, or insights that come through I will share with you at the end of your session. What to expect: When you come in you will be given a questionnaire and consent form and from there we will have light discussion about what’s been going on and the intentions you have for your session. We will then begin the energy work. During this I may have you sit, stand, or lay down on a massage table. I will inform you when the work is done then leave you in the room for a few minutes to acclimate and ground. I will then come in and we’ll chat about what came through in your session and this will bring our time together to a close. This offering pairs well with the Tarot, Astrology, Past Life, Wildwoman, and Alignment Sessions.
